Brutally Honest Storytelling is a storytelling workshop and "edutainment" program designed to help you communicate better and be more creative. This storytelling-focused programming is unique, contemporary, and team-building at its best.

The mission behind Brutally Honest Storytelling is to help people be comfortable in their own authentic voice, and is led by The Moth Grandslam champion and Homemade Stories podcaster, Shannon Cason.

Shannon delivers the workshop in a variety of ways that are tailored to the needs of your event or team. Available in 1-hour, 4-hour, or 8-hour sessions - which can be customized to include:
- Shannon sharing his own stories.
- Educational aspects of learning the elements of storytelling.
- Information on being authentic and trusting your own voice.
- Stimulating creative thinking with breakout groups and activities.
- Team building, as participants share stories "on stage" as a final goal.

About Shannon - Shannon has been sharing his stories and techniques nationally for over five years. He is an educational instructor for The Moth, appears on countless podcasts and storytelling stages, including TEDx, NPR’s Snap Judgment, Kevin Allison’s RISK!, hosts The Moth StorySlams, and continues his own podcast, Homemade Stories, which partnered with public radio WBEZ in Chicago from 2014-2015.
